Tracy Reimann Tracy Christen Reimann has been a practicing attorney since 1987, specializing in estate planning, guardianship, elder law, succession and closely held business planning and administration. She merged her firm into Karlen & Stolzar, LLP in 2007 and in 2008 the firm became Karlen, Stolzar & Reimann, LLP.

Prior to going into private practice in 2000, Ms. Reimann was an estate tax attorney and reviewer with the Internal Revenue Service for 12 years.

Her extensive experience in the private and public sectors has enabled her to develop and refine skills in the drafting, structuring, executing and funding of estate planning and business planning vehicles. These include qualified personal residence trusts, life insurance trusts, buy-sell agreements, family limited partnership agreements, irrevocable income only trusts, supplemental needs trusts and revocable trusts.

Ms. Reimann’s excellence has been acknowledged by New York Law School which has appointed her as an Adjunct Professor of Law in its graduate tax program.

A prolific writer and speaker, Ms. Reimann has published numerous articles, lectured at continuing legal education programs and spoken at professional groups as well as programs designed to educate members of the public.

Ms. Reimann received her B.A. degree summa cum laude from Long Island University, her J.D. degree from Brooklyn Law School and her Masters of Law in Taxation from New York University School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in New York, New Jersey and the District of Columbia.
